Anthony & Samantha | Dothan AL Wedding Photographer

Some weddings not only show case the love between two people, but also their love for their friends and family. Samantha and Anthony’s wedding was beautiful in so many ways. Samantha’s attention to detail was amazing. Elegance was everywhere. Still, the most beautiful thing to me was the sense of community. Anthony and Samantha were surrounded by the people they loved and who loved them. It made the day so much more than just a gorgeous celebration. It became a timeless memory. I loved every second.

Here is a little glimpse of their day…

It’s ok to swoon over this stunning gown. I think I died a little when I pulled it out to photograph!

I loved that the girls all had different dresses! It was so unique!

Hello cute shoes. The flower detail is just divine.

Samantha was such a vision of elegant and timeless beauty. Is that not the most gorgeous veil?

I love these two shots!

This is probably one of my favorites from the day! They all look like models!

The bridesmaids were so sweet! Samantha has such wonderful ladies in her life.

How precious are they?

Whereas the bridesmaids were super sweet, the groomsmen were flat out awesome. They were such fun group of guys. I had a blast working with them, even in the hot July sun!

Hehe. The guys had super hero shirt on under their tuxes! I wish I could show you all the hilarious stuff we got! I literally died laughing while editing them!
Now this is what we call epic folks!

Anthony and Samantha shared such a sweet moment without seeing each other before the ceremony. If I was them, I totally would have peeked! :)

I almost teared up as Anthony and Samantha shared the vows they wrote for each other. It was so beautiful. I love it when there are personal touches to the ceremony.

Mr. and Mrs. Alliman!

Isn’t she the cutest little thing?

My heart is officially melted. I will never, ever tire of seeing couples so in love!

The venue had such a neat outdoor space adjacent to the ballrooms. My favorite part was the lights hanging from the beams.

The bride and groom shared their first dance on a balcony outside. Gosh, they are just so precious together!

Samantha loves literature, so all of the tables were booked themed. Books and burlap are a great combination if you ask me! Each one was named after a different author. I’m a book nerd myself, so I loved it…obviously! The inner nerd and hopeless romantic sides of me battled it out for my favorite table. Tolkien vs Austen. Who to choose? It was quite the dilemma, I assure you!

Congrats Anthony and Samantha! Your day was phenomenal and I’m so very grateful that I got to be a part of it! I pray many blessings on the start of your married journey!

I am IN LOVE with that venue! The old brick walls, it’s urban but also reminds me of old streets in Europe. Love love love!

How ironic – I just read somewhere that the new “trend” was pre-wedding shots without seeing each other! That is so… sweet and neat! Love it!

Those shoes were adorable. ;-)

As always, lovely, Jennifer!

Beautiful photoshoot of this wedding!!! I agree with the others on the setting and good humor of the bride and groom – fun, fun pictures! And you are just amazing, Jennifer – you make every shot stunning no matter what! I was at Jax Beach on July 4th last week and stood under the peer right where you’d taken pictures earlier this summer and I was just amazed at how you made the photos look so stunning, timeless, and dream-like! Somehow you create etherealism in each and every shot! You are the most gifted photographer – and also so adorable – love reading your captions and comments!

I think that is the most stunning wedding venue I’ve ever seen. I just love how you hung the wedding dress over the mirror! :) Her wedding albums will be so gorgeous!

Samantha - July 12, 2012 - 3:54 am

Every single one of these made my feminine heart swoon! The venue. Her dress. Her shoes. Bridesmaid dresses. Etc. You did a phenomenal job capturing the details that made their wedding so unique!
